rachel and ron celebrated their nuptials back in november at their garden-fairytale-destination wedding in new orleans, louisiana. their ceremony was held at corpus christi-epiphany church and the good times rolled into their reception at the pavilion of two sisters. we really enjoyed creating their iconic new orleans save the date last year, however, they requested their invitation suite to have a more romantic and formal vibe. with a similar color palette of plum and olive green, we designed their stacked package which allowed us to overlap rustic magnolias with other enchanted patterns. their letterpress invitation was a combination of formal and handwritten scripts decorated with hand-drawn flourishes. they selected an rsvp postcard and a folded information card which housed the remaining details plus a custom map of the french quarter to encourage their guests to explore. we finished the package with natural and metallic gold baker’s twine and a custom monogrammed tag. their layered bundle was mailed to guests in a gold glitter lined kraft envelope and hand addressed in metallic plum ink by the fabulous mandy from myrtle & lloyd. we were also asked to create a few day of pieces including these kraft paper menus and over-sized wedding programs.

we wish the newlyweds a happily ever after and look forward to sharing the big day in a few weeks.
