natalie and david will be married at the end of september at the round barn farm in waitsfield, vermont. the venue is a charming renovated dairy barn with a ceiling full of rustic wooden beams that were used to hold hay for the cows back in the day. natalie requested that their invitation play off the features of the space and feel both casual and seasonal. she provided us with really fun wording and the creative freedom to work with handwritten fonts and hand drawn elements of nature. the entire invitation suite was letterpress with dark violet, rust and brown ink on a mix of paper stocks. we incorporated the feeling of wood by using heavy kraft chi
pboard for the rsvp postcard which was pressed with a woodgrain-inspired pattern. the details card held a custom map of the quaint vermont town highlighting points of interest. the package was bundled together with rust baker’s twine and enclosed in a matching envelope finished with calligraphy in sepia ink by danica of the butler’s pantry. we are thrilled with how this invite came together and wish the couple a festive evening of dancing beneath the barn lights!
