monica + ryan will be married at the end of may in san francisco. you may recognize their design elements from their save the date postcard we posted back in january. they requested their wedding invitation suite to have a similar vintage botanical look. bundled with leaf green + white twine, we incorporated a balance of distressed striped and plant patterns throughout each piece. the tiny top card greets guests with a fun personal note about the rehearsal dinner. the reply card mimics an old-fashioned postcard as we did with the save the date. we illustrated a map to the reception site with fun details like a little etched kraken per ryan’s request! finally, the formal invitation has an eclectic mix of fonts and rustic textures. each package was mailed to guests in a kraft envelope and wrapped with an apothecary-inspired mailing label. we look forward to working on their day-of materials next!
