as you can see kacie + gregory went in the informal route with their wedding invitations! they were married the last weekend of april at ehrhardt’s waterfront resort on scenic lake wallenpaupack in the pocono mountains. they are a fun, laid back couple who requested a casual invite that got their guests excited for the most important part of their day — the party. we went with music poster inspired typography for their invite to announce the details of their big day. the carved heart monogram and woodgrain pattern on both cards felt appropriate for the woodsy venue. we went with a mad libs style reply postcard to keep things light-hearted. the two cards were tied together simply with gray + white bakers twine and mailed out in a light gray envelope.
