gold, glitter + sparkle…that is what dara + salvatore’s wedding day and stationery were all about. we loved working with them to create a custom invitation package that was unique to their personalities. the two were married on a warm sunny day this past june. their romantic outdoor ceremony took place at the morris house hotel which was followed by an evening reception at front & palmer in philadelphia. for their invitations, they wanted something that felt elegant and more formal than their handkerchief save the dates, yet still a little playful. their invite was letterpress with blush ink fonts and a dash of chevron. they chose a mad libs style rsvp postcard for their guests to have fun with their responses! we also designed a map full of festive icons for various points of interest along the route from venue to venue. everything was held together with a patterned kraft belly band wrapped in metallic twine and finished with a die cut tag with their monogram. their glitter lined envelopes were hand addressed in navy ink by danica, from the butler’s pantry.
