we’ve been quiet since the holidays, but coming at you strong with these breathtaking shots by will reid photo of our favorite wedding of 2019. we fan girls had the honor to work with rhys hoskins, philadelphia phillies first baseman, and his super sweet fiance jayme on their wedding stationery. they were married in november beneath the towering pines surrounding the ritz carlton lake tahoe, california. they wanted to be close to their family and friends in california where they fell in love in high school. rhys and jayme requested their invitation suite match the natural serene setting as well as their casual personalities. we printed a watercolor wash in the shape of lake tahoe behind the invitation wording which was pressed in slate blue. we added a punch of color to the reply postcard with vibrant watercolor painted trees and lake water. their folded details card held a custom map inside listing their venues and favorite things to do in the area like hiking and wine tasting. the suite was bundled with ivory jute twine and mailed out in a slate blue envelope with white wax seal stamped with an ‘H’. we also worked on a few day of materials including these curly escort cards that sat perfectly on guests’ champagne glasses. cheers to these high-school sweehearts and one of the most beloved couples in philadelphia!!
when your friends live that in spain want a custom holiday card inspired by vintage travel posters . . . you make it happen! we collaborated with fashion illustrator, the sevyant house, to create this one of a kind card complete with flamenco dancers, christmas tree and poinsettias! this is one of our favorite holiday cards to date. feliz navidad!!!
anna and stephen were married last november at normandy farm in blue bell, pennsylvania. they requested a formal and modern suite with clean fonts and a light wash of slate blue watercolor. at their consultation, we learned about anna’s love for calligraphy, so we knew we had to incorporate her unique lettering style into her letterpress invitation, reply postcard and details cards. this beautiful bundle was wrapped with a combination of one of our favorite hand-dyed silk ribbons and metallic silver rope. everything arrived to guests in a metallic charcoal envelope. we just loved working with this family . . . and we just met with her sister, so stay tuned!
glynis and bradford were married at saint sebastian church in fort lauderdale and partied among the palms and hibiscus flowers afterwards at the breathtaking bonnet house. we went for a clean and classic suite with a pop of color to play on the bold colors of the tropical gardens. the invitation was letterpressed in the very popular and beloved slate blue ink with gold foil accents. we painted the venue and palms ourselves in watercolor and printed on frosted vellum. this vellum softens the colors while the transparency hints at what lays beneath. a hand dyed blue slate silk ribbon tied the bundle together and the envelope was lined to match.

did someone say glow party?! we loved designing in neon for shana’s bat mitzvah celebration. she was called to the torah in geneva, switzerland last month. her invitations were printed digitally, but looked as though they may just glow in the dark! they were mailed to guests in magenta translucent envelopes filled with multi-colored confetti — so the party started as soon as they opened their invitation!! once the envelopes were sealed, we wrapped them with an ultra bright neon yellow mailing label. mazel tov shana!
