we are back with what may have been one of our favorite projects of the year! aidan max was called to the torah on may 5th, aka, cinco de aidan! we gave a hint of the theme and what was to come in his save the date, but now it was time for a fiesta! papel picado { mexican cut paper party banners } became our inspiration for his laser cut wood veneer invitation. the ornate walnut square invite was adhered to a cobalt blue half pocket. the detail of the cut on the wood was just incredible, even down to the mini sombrero! three inserts { rsvp postcard, details card and kid pick up card } designed with accent colors of green and grey all stacked neatly in the back pocket. the rsvp postcard was even adorned with a custom monogram stamp. this little party arrived to guests in charcoal grey mailing envelopes with round mailing labels and finished with succulent postage!
holy guacomole, the fun did not stop with the invitations, we carried everything over to the day of the celebration. we created color coded menus for their different food stations, signage for their tequila luge and signature cocktail, custom cocktail napkins, water bottles, thank you notes and even escort card flags that were pierced through a lime slice which sat on a festive, miniature shot glass . . . how cute is that?!
after two mitzvah celebrations { yep, we worked with aidan’s sister, brooke }, we will totally miss working with this family. they are master party planners who never leave out a single detail!
