rachel + christopher were married on the aqua azul yacht on a foggy september night. their family and friends celebrated with them as they sipped on champagne and viewed our lady of liberty and the sparkling manhattan skyline. rachel and chris were going for a very relaxed look with their invitations so that their guests would feel that they were going to a party and not necessarily a wedding. we used a mix of bright colors and casual fonts to lay out the playful wording they provided. we hinted at the evening on a boat with nautical stripes and fun sayings like ‘all aboard’ and ‘tying the knot’. the invite, rsvp postcard, and details card were held together with an orange baker’s twine and mailed out in a white envelope addressed in a mix of gray fonts by the butler’s pantry.
