happy it-finally-feels-like-fall weekend! i leave you this week with my absolute favorite photographs of me and my babies taken by my friend, alison conklin. earlier this week, we had a sweet little bump shoot at froehlich’s farm + garden center in furlong, pennsylvania. it was the most charming farm and market. . .we can’t wait to go back this weekend for their fall festival!! i will cherish these snapshots forever and ever!
