our process.

we believe in a true collaboration between client and designer. we offer you the chance to be very involved with the design process as we develop stationery just for you. we’re excited to connect with you, hear your story, and bring it to life on paper.

we begin the process with a complimentary consultation at our rittenhouse studio to discuss your event and ideas, and to share our printed samples. although we prefer to meet with you in person, the initial consultation can take place over the phone or via e-mail. we work with customers all over the country and world. within 2 weeks after discussing the details, we will provide an estimate for the design and printing.

we spend roughly 3 weeks designing the initial concepts and 1-2 weeks working with you to refine your selection. printing takes 2-3 weeks, depending on your preferred technique. our fee includes 2 concepts, along with 3 rounds of revisions to the design you choose. if you require changes to the design after 3 rounds, we will charge a fee of $50 per additional round.

ideally, your initial consultation should occur 6-8 months before the event. starting the process early ensures that you have enough time to make design decisions, and to secure a spot in our schedule.

cost.

we do not have a set price list, since everything we create is custom. our design fee begins at $875.00 for invitation suites, and includes 2 design concepts from which to choose, as well as 3 rounds of revisions. if you require changes to the design after 3 rounds, we will charge a fee of $50 per additional round. all printing, envelopes, assembly, etc. are an extra cost.

we will work with you as much as possible to build your dream invitation package within your budget! we are happy to price only 1 design option or an existing design that you admire on our site.

saying “i do!”

once you accept the package estimate, we require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit to start designing.

final approval.

before your invitation is printed, you will receive a “final proof” as a PDF via email. we can also mail a printed proof for you to approve ink color and paper stock. at that time, you will review and confirm that every detail is perfect: the layout, wording, typestyle, spelling, grammar, and punctuation. once you have confirmed approval in writing, loveleigh is not responsible for future changes or errors.
