work wednesday: rachel’s sweet 16.

we had a blast working with rachel and her mom, debbie, when we designed rachel’s bat mitzvah save the date, invitations and celebration materials a few years ago. so when they came to us to design rachel’s sweet 16 invitation package, of course we were thrilled! they both adore pink and loved the idea of something cute and tiny. we created an itty-bitty folded pink and white invitation that was placed into a shiny white box and wrapped with a matching striped address label. in addition, rachel asked for custom thank you notes…pink of course! we wish miss rachel a super happy sweet 16!

work wednesday: harper’s 1st birthday.

a cowgirl-themed first birthday party invitation for sweet little harper. harper’s mother requested the theme along with a color palette of blush, aqua + brown. we had fun with the western fonts and embellishments. the invite was printed in full color with a sepia-toned photo of the birthday girl. it was mailed out in a coordinating envelope with wrap-around label.

we also designed this sign-in poster below. the guests used their thumbprints to create the bouquet of balloons. this will be a perfect keepsake and piece of art for harper’s bedroom.

work wednesday: stefanie’s 30th.

stefanie contacted us all the way from “down under” after we completed some birthday invites for her friend last year. she will be celebrating her thirtieth birthday at stones of the yarra valley, a stunning winery located in coldstream, victoria in australia. she loved the invitation from the suite we designed for jillian & joseph but requested her design to be in a bright fuchsia! her invitations were sent to guests in natural kraft envelopes with a simple patterned liner. happy thirty stefanie!!

work wednesday: first birthday.

work wednesday: leah’s birthday invite.

look whooooo’s turning 1! first birthday party invitations for sweet little leah grace. leah’s mom requested an owl theme to coordinate with these banner decorations she purchased from etsy for the party. we used bright patterns and cheery colors to compliment the feathery friend who takes center stage. the invite was printed in full color with rounded corners for a more kid-friendly feel.

we also designed this tree below for guests to sign in with their thumbprints. a perfect keepsake for leah to look back on one day.

work wednesday: superhero 7th birthday.

pow! bang! boom! bright and bold comic book style birthday invites for my (chey’s) little superhero of a nephew! christopher is turning 7 this october and requested a superhero-themed birthday complete with capes and carry-the-kryptonite games. the 2-sided card was printed full color and finished with a gloss coating and rounded corners. it was mailed in a red envelope and sealed with a sticker to match.
