we are really feeling this moody palette of cool and dusty blues on this snowy day! sarah + seth requested a modern, simplistic suite that was all about color, inspired from a beloved shirt of theirs! these guys will be wed at the newest and coolest urban locations in the city, the fitler club. the invitation was letterpress in two ink colors, eggplant and slate blue. the reply card was a light-hearted madlibs response with a bold geometric pattern on the back. we placed the numerical wedding date large on the front of the small details card with website info on the back. we printed the after party details on frosted vellum to make it feel like a little secret was slipped inside the package. we bundled the suite together in multi-colored-dip-dyed jute twine for some added color and texture, then placed them in the gray envelopes, lined in dusty blue. we are thrilled with the way everything works together in this suite!

but first, let me take a deskie.

these hand-painted-signed-stamped and sealed champagne bottle prints by the talented dallas shaw need to be on your desk too! we worked with dallas to score the perfect pinky-peach luxe stock and get these bottles printed for her exclusive art print series with faerie. by the way, there are only 10 of these left in this very limited run!

loveleigh’s latest: the way she wears it.

so let’s talk about this gem of a press kit we created for the very talented, dallas shaw. if you don’t know dallas, she is a coveted fashion illustrator and visual director who is hands down the best dressed gal we know. she doesn’t follow trends, she creates them. her magical journey through art and fashion led to becoming the author and illustrator of her very first book, the way she wears it: the ultimate insider’s guide to revealing your personal style. she asked us to dream up a creative press kit to promote her book which was mailed to influencers all over the country, including the likes of kendall jenner and makeup artist, carmindy. we designed a self-mailing box in blush pink that upon opening became an experience showcasing the book and fun swag inside. the receiver was greeted with an illustrated note from dallas enclosed in a vellum envelope, sealed with copper tape. we designed a belly band and bookmark to compliment the book. creative solutions created those very sparkly, girly pins exclusively for the press kit. and everyone’s favorite nail polish, essie mixed a custom polish, copper penny, as well! we worked with mandy of myrtle and lloyd to hand-write recipient names on the custom address labels for the final touch. this box was well-received by many and we were honored to be a part of such a special project! and to all of you beauty and fashion junkies out there, this look book meets work book is a must read!

loveleigh’s latest: raffaele family holiday card.

happy friday! these fluffy flurries outside have us in the mood to share these modern family holiday cards for one of our former brides, suzanne. we used a gorgeous family photo from alison conklin as the focal point and framed it with personal words about the family. these were words from the year that reflected what they were thankful for and what they’ve been up to! we used snowy blue slates, grays and silvers with a pop of gold metallic to complete this wintery look!

loveleigh’s latest: conklin family holiday card.

it may be january, but we are still in love with this holiday card that we created for alison conklin and her family. year after year she comes to us with ideas that we just love to bring to life. this year the song, have it all, by jason mraz, was an anthem they wanted to share with their family and friends. she wanted a slightly over-sized card that felt like it was hand-typed with hand-written accents. we set the entire song in a vintage typewriter font and called out meaningful words and phrases with hand-drawn elements. the back of the card was a beautiful photo { shot by alison herself, of course! } of her sons jonas and moses. they were mailed in a deep teal envelopes with custom printed liners full of inspirational words and doodles! we want you to have it all this new year!!
